Cal, Chris, and Lauren have trained Perth professionals for over two decades. Cal has built some of Perth’s most successful F45 communities over 9 years. Chris and Lauren founded Day56, creating a loyal community of members who valued education-first training.

Our small group sessions are capped at ten to twelve members. That number isn't arbitrary — it's the sweet spot where every coach knows your name, your goals, your injury history, and your current working weights. Small enough that form corrections happen in real time, not after the damage is done.
